My Story (Short Version)
In my early 40s, things started slipping.
By 2020, I felt out of shape, stressed, and unmotivated.
I didn’t like how I looked, and I hated being tagged in photos I couldn’t control.
I told myself it was normal.
Work stress. Family life. Aging.
But deep down, I knew I was drifting.
I wanted more energy.
More confidence.
More intimacy.
More presence in my own life.
The problem was that most of the information I found didn’t apply to men like me.
It was built for women, younger people, or influencers with unlimited time.
So I did the work myself.
I researched.
I tested.
I failed.
I adjusted.
I fixed my weight.
I addressed hormones.
I rebuilt habits.
I worked on confidence, health, and connection.
Now I’m heading into my 50s feeling better than I did a decade ago — and this site is everything I wish I had at 40.
